Are you an experienced Business Partner, experienced supporting large multi-site organisations?
I am proud to be partnering with a global brand that is experiencing exciting growth due to recent acquisitions. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to be a key support to operational teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to influence and deliver real impact during a period of change. Responsibilities include:
 * Leading and supporting employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
 * Partnering with managers to build capability and drive a high-performance culture
 * Supporting and advising on recruitment activities as needed
 * Delivering HR components of key projects, especially the consolidation of terms & conditions from recent mergers
 * Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence and support change initiatives
 * Collaborating with other HR Business Partners to ensure a consistent and effective HR service
 * Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
 * Driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives across sites
Ideal candidates will have experience working in large, multi-site organizations within sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, automotive, or similar, and hold or be working towards CIPD Level 5 or above.
You should have strong knowledge of employee relations, be comfortable leading complex cases, and demonstrate resilience and adaptability in managing a high-volume, dynamic workload.
