This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel required. You’ll be the primary contact for payroll-related queries, so hands-on experience with Swedish payroll and current legislative knowledge are essential. Key Responsibilities: * Process payroll for Swedish sites in compliance with local laws and internal controls. * Handle queries related to tax, social security, illness, insurance, and audits. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain documentation workflows. * Participate in virtual meetings with Swedish stakeholders to resolve payroll issues.
