About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Design Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines a passion for design and marketing with strong organisational skills. You'll help shape our brand presence, create engaging marketing campaigns, and support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Marketing
* Assist in creating marketing materials and internal communications.
* Ensure brand consistency across all documents and visuals.
* Design flyers, presentations, social media graphics, and other visual assets.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for products or services.
* Conduct market research to identify audiences and trends.
* Create and manage campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
* Collaborate with teams to align marketing efforts with brand identity.
* Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
* Generate creative concepts for events and promotions.
* Write compelling copy for brochures, websites, and ads.
* Manage relationships with external designers and agencies.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and marketing best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools (essential).
* Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
* Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
