The ever evolving promotions team at RCA UK involves work across press, TV, radio, DSP editorial, podcasts and creator strategy. What you'll do:
* Distribute music, images and e-cards to bookers, producers, presenters and journalists and service videos to TV broadcasters via Promostream and ensuring suitable edits are made.
* Assist in the co-ordination of press, TV and radio interviews and appearances.
* Collate print and online cuttings for the publicity team / learning what is appropriate for distribution for each artist / circulating weekly radio and TV playlists / ensuring our radio, TV and press reports are updated.
* Attend gigs and promotional events.
* Be accountable for all general admin including purchase orders, travel booking, magazine and newspaper ordering, vinyl and CD stock control, ticket ordering and distribution.
* The right candidate may also bring some radio plugging contributions, potentially in a specialist area.
* Pitching to DSPs and assisting with DSP playlisting round ups and updates
