Senior CRM Personalisation Manager
£70,000 - £85,000
London or Hampshire
2/3 days per month in the office
A leading UK Retailer are going through an impressive CRM & Loyalty transformation and are looking for a Senior CRM Personalisation to join their growing team. The role will focus on two key areas, CRM automation in braze as well as owning and defining new personalization opportunities.
You will sit in the CRM & Loyalty team and you will focus on utilsiing customer data to maintain and develop relationship, in order to drive business growth at Loyalty. Ideally you will have worked with Braze and will have data driven and execution background, however this role will be more strategic and will manage a small team.
Responsibilities
* Lead the personalization and Marketing Automation team, as well as build the team further
* Work with the wider tech team to improve Marketing Automation capabilities
* Communicate with senior stakeholders as the business goes through the CRM transformation, including highlighting the value of personalation and automation
* Drive the automation and persaonlisation strategy and roadmap for the business, with both offline and online channels as a focus
* Define and deliver personalized offers and messaging across their wide customer base across multiple channels
Experience
* Experience managing CRM, Marketing Automation and Personalisation communications
* Data driven, analytical as well as strategic CRM experience
* Experience defining and delivering personsalised messages and offers
* Experience in retail or telecommunications would be advantageous
* 5+ years’ experience in Marketing Automation
* Passionate about CRM and making change with experience in leading strategic projects
