Help at Home is hiring a Bilingual Client Service Supervisor!
This role is fully remote unless the employee is located within 60 miles of a branch office, in which case it will be hybrid with two to three work-from-home days per week.
Job Summary:
The Client Service Supervisor develops and monitors care plans to ensure clients receive quality care. They serve as the primary liaison between clients, homecare aides, managers, referral sources, and others involved in the client's care.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
* Maintain client files and related paperwork.
* Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of patient/client information.
* Assign homecare aides based on client needs and care plans.
* Coach caregivers to ensure high-quality care and escalate concerns as needed.
* Communicate schedules and changes proactively with all parties.
* Conduct in-home visits to assess needs and maintain client relationships.
* Prepare and submit departmental reports.
* Document client conditions and services accurately.
* Maintain records of client satisfaction surveys and visits.
* Handle client complaints appropriately and report significant issues.
* Educate and coach clients on changes to their care plans.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
* Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Current PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable.
* Experience with Medicaid, Waivers, or Home Healthcare preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
* Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, speak).
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Provide feedback to improve services and meet personal and professional goals.
* Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in conflict resolution.
* Basic computer skills and typing ability.
* Compassionate, responsible, and cheerful attitude.
Travel and Physical Requirements:
* Regular travel required, even in bad weather.
* Ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs and client homes.
