We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst based in Marlow to join our Insight & Planning Team, providing cross-functional support across a range of campaigns and projects.

About the RoleAs a Junior Insight & Marketing Analyst, you’ll support the Insight & Planning Team by delivering data-driven solutions to support marketing campaign planning and performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Campaign Planning & Targeting
Develop a working knowledge of key data sources and tools to support audience targeting
Interpret targeting briefs and recommend solutions aligned with client objectives
Produce rankings, audience profiles, and geographic maps using GIS software
Reporting & Insight
Create and maintain regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for internal and client use
Analyse campaign results to identify trends, provide learnings, and make actionable recommendations
Support sales and client services with insight reports and new business pitches
Schedule Management
Prepare optimised media schedules, incorporating key performance metrics such as cost per response
Liaise with internal teams and partners (e.g. Royal Mail) to ensure smooth booking processes
This role offers a hands-on introduction to data analysis within the media and marketing industry, ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in insight, strategy, and campaign delivery.
Additional Requirements
Occasional travel to other sites and off-site meetings may be required.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically between 8am and 5:30pm, flexible to meet business needs.

Requirements
Required Knowledge & Skills
Strong analytical skills: able to interpret data, spot trends, draw conclusions, think creatively, and make actionable recommendations.
Detail-oriented and efficient - delivers accurate work while maintaining records, schedules, and systems with strong business administration skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver who identifies challenges, develops solutions, and takes ownership to deliver results.
Team player with self-motivation and a commitment to continuous development and delivering excellence.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly intermediate Excel (pivot tables, graphs) and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
Essential:
Educated to A-level or equivalent (Level 3 qualification)
Keen interest in media and communicationsDesirable:
Experience in media, advertising, or marketing sectors
