Seeking a Compensation Specialist for a well-respected global financial organisation to support all compensation activities. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities for an individual to grow and develop expertise in this space.
Responsibilities Include:
* Providing expert advice on all aspects of compensation to HR Business Partners and business stakeholders
* Supporting projects and processes in compensation, including salary benchmarking, analytics, and annual remuneration reviews
* Preparing materials for and presenting to senior leaders, including the CEO and COO
* Advising on structuring creative and competitive compensation packages to attract and retain talent
* Leading regulatory remuneration requirements, including processes and disclosures, attending the Regulatory Forum, and ensuring controls are in place
* Providing reporting on variable compensation payout reconciliation
Core Requirements Include:
* Experience within the financial services sector, preferably banking, in compensation
* Understanding of regulatory, legal, and social compensation requirements across the UK and EMEA
* Experience with HR systems and compensation tools for data management
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and produce meaningful insights
