Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant service, demonstrating excellent guest service skills and a passion for food. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to our guests while ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
* Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.
* Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials to enhance the dining experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including setting tables and clearing dishes promptly.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve any issues promptly.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
* Keep track of bills and payments accurately using basic math skills.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.
* Experience in serving, culinary skills, or kitchen operations is advantageous.
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.25-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
