You will lead a professional and customer-focused aftersales team, setting the standard for service excellence and operational performance. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team, ensuring high productivity, exceptional customer satisfaction, and strong commercial results.
