This is a strategic new business development role, for a confident, credible and consultative professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial partnership strategies across priority sectors
* Engage senior HR, Leadership, Talent and Organisational Development stakeholders
* Lead the full new-business cycle from prospect identification to contract agreement
* Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations with clear value cases
* Collaborate with psychologists and consultants to shape bespoke solutions
* Maintain accurate pipeline management, reporting and forecasting
* Represent Wharton Global at relevant commercial events and sector forums
About You
* Proven success in business development or partnership generation within professional services, consultancy or B2B commercial environments
* Skilled in consultative, relationship-led engagement with senior decision makers
* Confident presenting, influencing and guiding strategic discussionsCommercially driven with an interest in people, leadership and organisational culture
* Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working with autonomy and accountability
What We Offer
* Base salary of £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
* Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £100,000+
