We are looking for a proactive, organised person to act as the operational anchor for JITSUVAX Training.

Location: Hybrid – Ham Green, Pill (Bristol /North Somerset ) & remote
Hours: Part -time, flexible ( 22.5 hours per week to start, with potential to grow)
Salary: £34,000 FTE (pro rata)
Start date: as soon as possible
Who we are
We are JITSUVAX Training, a not -for -profit training company that grew out of an EU funded research programme at the University of Bristol. We started trading in late 2025. Our work is delivering in -person training workshops to help health workers have more effective conversations with people who have concerns about vaccines based on misinformation. Our customers are mainly UK based local authorities
and NHS bodies.
We are a small, supportive team who care about doing things well and treating people kindly. Our business is developing fast and we are looking for someone who can help us grow.
We’re offering this role on an initial 6 month contract with the aim of extending it as the business becomes more established.
Who you are
This is a key role supporting the smooth running of the organisation. You will need to be reliable and competent with working autonomously, holding systems, workflows, data and day-to-day administration as we grow.
You will be part of a small friendly team, working closely with the Directors to help implement systems and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will help us to keep our training delivery, operations and internal systems organised and compliant.
What you’ll be doing
* General office and administrative support, including booking meetings and preparing materials
* Supporting the processes needed to deliver vaccination communication training to local authority and NHS staff
* Acting as the central point for coordinating training bookings from enquiry through to delivery
* Assisting training facilitators with logistics and travel arrangements
* Helping us to improve and maintain our systems such as Sharepoint and mailing programmes.
* Supporting data entry, handing and governance
* Carrying out invoicing and basic finance administration tasks
* Supporting social media/communications activity such as LinkedIn
Your skills and experience

Essential
* Excellent customer relations skills
* Office management or senior administrative experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and willing to learn new systems and skills
* Enthusiasm for the aims of the company and helping us grow
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook (e.g. familiar with mail merge, formulas)
Desirable
* Experience of improving systems and workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
* Understanding of GDPR and data governance
* Invoicing or finance administration experience
* Experience of managing social media accounts including LinkedIn
* Experience of working with or within local authority or NHS organisations
* An interest in vaccination, communication or psychology
