Role Overview:
1. Managing and monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments
2. Chasing overdue invoices and negotiating payment terms where necessary
3. Building strong relationships with clients to maintain positive cash flow
4. Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and disputes
5. Working closely with the finance and sales teams to minimise financial risk
6. Keeping accurate records of credit transactions and reporting on outstanding debts

About You
7. Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role
8. Strong communication and negotiation skills
9. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
10. Knowledge of credit risk assessment and debt recovery processes
11. Proficiency in using Excel
