What You’ll Be Doing
* Planning and Delivering Inspiring Lessons: Develop engaging and differentiated lessons across the curriculum to meet the needs of all learners in Year 4.
* Building Independent Learners: Create a classroom environment where students feel motivated, engaged, and excited to learn while fostering their independence and critical thinking.
* Monitoring Progress: Assess, track, and celebrate student progress, setting clear targets and providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their best.

* Communicating with Parents: Keep parents and guardians updated on their child’s progress, ensuring clear, positive communication at all times.

Qualifications
* A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
* Experienced in teaching Key Stage 2, with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to assess and track progress effectively.
