Senior Community Link Worker
30 hours per week
Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
We are a local charity supporting people impacted by homelessness, poverty and social exclusion. We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Link Worker to lead delivery within our Community Hub.
This senior role combines service leadership, coordination of staff and volunteers, and a small caseload, with a strong commitment to trauma-informed and partnership-led practice.
Who we are looking for
This role is suited to someone with experience of working within services supporting people impacted by homelessness, poverty and social exclusion, and the confidence to lead others in a busy community setting. You will bring a strong understanding of related challenges and be able to model compassionate, non-judgemental and solution-focused practice. You will share our values and be motivated by leading people and services in a way that is relational, inclusive and rooted in lived experience.
This is a permanent position, based at our community hub in Wellingborough.
Hours of work: 30 hours per week.
Salary: £26,339 per annum
