Refuse Driver (HGV2)
Location: Wyre Forest
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (3 months)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:30am 4:30pm
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Refuse Driver (HGV Class 2) to support waste collection services across the Wyre Forest area. This is a hands-on role requiring safe driving, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving a HGV Class 2 refuse vehicle
* Carrying out domestic and commercial waste collections
* Working as part of a crew to complete daily collection rounds
* Ensuring vehicle safety checks are completed
* Adhering to health & safety and road regulations
Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
* CPC qualification
* Digital Tachograph card
* Previous refuse or similar driving experience desirable
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
