Are you a Residential Property Solicitor or FCILEx looking to join a highly regarded and growing property team? You’ll be joining a large and expanding team of experienced property lawyers who pride themselves on delivering a bespoke conveyancing service. With a strong flow of work generated through longstanding client relationships and trusted referrer networks, you'll benefit from a varied caseload and a supportive team environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision
* Handling a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
* Acting for a variety of clients, including investor clients
* Providing a high level of client service throughout the transaction process
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers
* Participating in departmental and firm-wide marketing initiatives
* Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your own matters
About you:
* Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with approximately 1–5 years' PQE
* Experience gained within residential property/conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge across general residential property transactions
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Personable, enthusiastic, and driven approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Keen to develop and build a successful long-term career in residential property
