This is a hands-on senior role focused on mechanical design, FEA, product development, drawing control & technical leadership across a range of specialist fabricated & hydraulic products used in demanding environments.

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and design team, developing specialist fabricated & hydraulic products used in demanding environments.

Working closely with manufacturing, quality, & suppliers, you’ll drive product development, oversee mechanical design & FEA activities, & lead continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring & developing your team.

📋Key Responsibilities

* Lead & develop the engineering/design team
* Drive mechanical design, product development, & FEA analysis
* Oversee SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, & engineering change control
* Support production, quality, & supplier technical requirements
* Improve existing products & develop innovative new solutions

⚡What You’ll Bring

* Strong mechanical design engineering background
* Experience leading engineers or design teams
* Advanced SolidWorks & FEA skills
* Knowledge of fabricated, welded, & structural assemblies
* Understanding of design for manufacture & engineering documentation

Desirable: Experience within agricultural, automotive, off-highway machinery, hydraulics, or vehicle attachment systems.
