Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer – NQ–5 PQE
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
Location: North Norfolk
Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days from home

Oculus Legal Group are partnered with a respected property specialist firm with ambitious growth plans. Recently relocated to North Norfolk, the firm is expanding its teams and is seeking an experienced fee earner to join their new office.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow your career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm, offering exposure to a mixed residential property caseload and access to dedicated administrative support. You will work on a variety of matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and auction properties, covering registered, unregistered, and new build properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
* Work on a variety of transactions, benefiting from admin support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional introducers.
* Share knowledge and best practice within the team.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and external audit requirements.
About You
* Confident managing a mixed residential conveyancing caseload independently.
* Excellent client care and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Able to work collaboratively within a busy, supportive team environment.
