Position: Air Export Operator – Night Shift (4 on 4 off)
Location: Heathrow
Salary: £45,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Air Export Operator to join a well-established forwarder based near Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience managing air export shipments from start to finish.
The Role:
Working on a 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the full air export process (start to finish) for key accounts
* Preparing and processing export documentation, including AWBs
* Handling Customs entries and ensuring compliance with regulations
* Liaising with airlines, hauliers, and overseas agents to ensure timely shipment
* Managing time-critical and AOG consignments where required
* Providing excellent customer service and proactive communication throughout the process
