A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experiencedWorkshop Manager to joinourAbarth, Citroen, Fiat, Peugeot and Vauxhallteam inPoole.You willbe responsible forcollaborating and deputising for the Service Manager in the running of the Service department, ensuring the efficient and profitableperformance of the service workshop, and customer interface. You will maximise sales of parts and labour to franchise and non-franchise vehicles whilst providing the highest quality of customer service.
The Opportunity:
As a Workshop Manager, you will:
1. Help to build a positive work environment, that is customer and colleague focused, which will help to create a cohesive team to take the business forward.
2. Formulate and implement action plans to increase service performance and achieve service sales targets and agreed budgets.
3. Achieve Technician productivity targets and ensure that Technicians are kept productive with adequate booking levels and ensure no bookings are delayed due to equipment failure.
4. Regularly assess the teams skill level andexpertise, agree training and developmentplansand ensure progress ismonitoredregularly.
5. Develop technical skills and workmanship of the team to continually improve the quality of customer service and satisfaction.
