Job Title: Dual Registered Manager
Salary: £46,000 - £66 ,000 per annum, Including optional car allowance, plus Benefits
Bonus Scheme: £2000-£3000

Responsible to: Responsible Individual & the Managing Director
Job Purpose:To serve as the Ofsted Registered Manager for two children’s homes, ensuring compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015. Responsible for leading high-quality residential services that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families. Provide effective team leadership and ensure services are child-centred, rights-based, and delivered in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of Ofsted-regulated residential homes under the guidance of senior leadership.
