This role manages small‑scale digital transformation and IT projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover to business as usual. The Project Manager will concurrently manage several technical projects, working with business and IT stakeholders to produce accurate and actionable delivery plans. Responsibilities include initiating projects, securing resources, prioritising activities, preparing and tracking delivery plans, and escalating issues to stakeholders as needed. This appointment is a fixed‑term contract until 14 January 2028 and requires a few days of presence in Portsmouth a week, with hybrid working available.
