With a dedicated events space for large scale corporate events and big name brands choosing this venue for conferences, exhibitions, awards shows and hospitality events this is an unmissable chance to join this brilliant venue. As well as corporate they hold outdoor events and we are now supporting the operations team with the hire of a busy Venue Services Coordinator.
The role
Working cross functionally this role will support a range of departments within operations including events, security and facilities - working closely with the Venue Manager to coordinate any venue requirements. This can include maintenance and venue projects, resourcing and rota's, health and safety, supporting accreditation and more! A super busy role where no two days are the same!
About you
Ideally you will have some exposure to working in a venue where you have supported different departments and have strong collaboration skills. We will also consider admin, coordination or operations backgrounds with a strong communication skill and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office and Smartsheets.
