We are looking for aSenior Pool Maintenance Engineerto join our team someone who is confident, experienced, and capable of delivering exceptional results with minimal supervision.
The Role
This senior position is ideal for an engineer who has spent years in the industry and is now seeking a role where their expertise is respected and where the work is varied, technical and rewarding.
You will:
* Carry out complex maintenance visits, seasonal openings/closings and advanced diagnostics
* Troubleshoot and repair pumps, filters, heaters, dosing systems, ASHPs and automation, and leak detection
* Service and fault-find on automatic pool cover systems, Saunas & steam rooms
* Support engineering projects such as plant-room upgrades, refurbishments and equipment modernisation
* Uphold and enhance the high standards associated with Mermaid Leisure Ltd
* Serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members
