This position is a straight perm role for a well-established social housing maintenance contractor who provide some fantastic career benefits, Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc. Duties of the Carpenter Multi Trader: * Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties * Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling repairs. * Painting and decorating * Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing. Experience of the Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader: * Must have social/domestic housing experience. * A full UK driving license. * Must have multiple trades.
