Job Description
As part of this VIE position at our Burnley site, you will be responsible for solving quality issues related to assembly processes by applying production engineering tools and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Measuring and analyzing key variables within assembly and inspection processes;
Identifying root causes of malfunctions using problem-solving tools, and evaluating possible solutions;
Implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with relevant teams, and monitoring their effectiveness over time;
Contributing to the standardization of best practices and the update of technical documentation.
You will be working in an international industrial environment, in close collaboration with multicultural teams both locally and abroad.
This assignment will allow you to develop strong skills in project management, industrial performance monitoring, and technical communication.

-You hold a Master's degree in a technical or engineering field
-You have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
-You are proficient in Catia V5 or other CAD software;
-You are fluent in English and feel comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
