Description
This role involves aligning customer needs with automation solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless and value‑driven customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and execution of Rockwell Automation sales growth strategies.
* Set and manage performance metrics for product specialists focused on sales, margin, and market share.
* Develop annual sales and marketing plans using GAP analysis of market data.
* Create and oversee associate and customer training plans for channel products.
* Provide technical support via phone, email, and on‑site visits.
* Collaborate with account managers on account development and planning.
* Build and manage the Industrial Automation Group budget and incentive plan.
* Promote value‑added solutions in competitive sales situations.
* Identify and grow new markets for emerging technologies.
* Manage and mentor the IAG team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
* Track sales plans and opportunities in CRM; ensure team compliance with activity tracking.
* Support financial performance through value‑added services like Rockwell Support.
Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in industrial automation or technical sales.
* Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and team‑building abilities.
* Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is preferred.
* Ability to motivate teams and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
