The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales across a diverse product range throughout the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Build and expand relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business
* Increase market coverage and grow the active customer base
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and effective sales approach
* Develop and implement regional sales plans, targeting key accounts and smaller customers
* Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads
* Plan and manage customer visits and sales trips effectively
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in B2B technical sales with strong commercial awareness
* Technical background or aptitude
* Ability to adopt both consultative and transactional sales approaches
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Highly organised, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
* Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
* Full UK driving licence required
