Description:
Berry Recruitment are looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join one of our clients in Totton that specialise in manufacturing and supplying temperature control solutions.
This is to start asap on a 12 to 14 month maternity cover contract.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Hourly pay £15.00.
To provide a high level of customer service and support to sales engineers including all administration being completed within the correct time frame to meet company requirements.
Main Duties:
1. Inputting sales orders, processing and tracking orders
2. Liaise closely with production staff to provide accurate information and expected completion times
3. Arranging and co-ordinating deliveries
4. Strong communication with customers at all times
5. Invoice processing
6. General sales administration
7. Set up new service contracts
Candidate Requirements:
8. Admin experience is essential
9. Strong customer service skills
10. Attention to detail
11. Computer literate including Microsoft Office
