Role Overview:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate tender quotations and bills for external façade projects. You will work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure cost-effective solutions, alignment with project specifications, and the timely delivery of bids. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the company’s financial targets and operational efficiency during the pre-construction phase.


Key Responsibilities:


Tender Preparation

* Review and analyze architectural and engineering specifications and drawings.
* Prepare detailed tender quotations and bills using standard company documentation.
* Source and validate cost data for raw materials, subcontracted services, and bought-in items.
* Work with the senior team to adjust quotations based on evolving client requirements.
