Overview
Join our high-performing engineering team at Westland Milk Products in Rolleston, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and optimising our UHT manufacturing lines and wider site operations. From preventative maintenance to troubleshooting and coordinating repairs, you'll ensure our plant continues to deliver premium dairy products with maximum efficiency and reliability.
This role is perfect for a skilled technician looking to expand their experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, supporting production through strong technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.
What You'll Bring
* Relevant engineering qualifications and technical experience
* Experience on Tetra Pak packaging equipment will be an advantage
* Mechanical and electrical aptitude - hands-on with components and systems
* Preventative maintenance and fault-finding skills
* Confidence to work autonomously during shift work
* Prior experience in manufacturing/dairy/UHT
* Great team player with initiative and a safety-first attitude
