Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with general administrative tasks
- Take ownership of bespoke customer product requests from start to finish, liaising closely with the Purchasing team throughout
- Handle incoming account or sales enquiries via phone and email for new and existing customers. Logging all information via our CRM system Hubspot.
- Liaise with several internal departments and logistics to ensure timely delivery for orders
- Answer customer queries in relation to 3000 + products
- Create and implement sales pipelines within target industries, driving strong growth across new product ranges
- Go the extra mile to ensure the department runs efficiently and customers have a smooth experience
The successful Candidate :
- You have previous experience in a fast-paced environment within a sales team
- Strong communication skills via telephone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software
- A strong level of numeracy
- Self-motivated, proactive individual who can forward think
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Strong Organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- An ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in the home and garden sector
