We are looking for enthusiastic and talented new Supervisor to join our team at YORI Fulham Restaurant. Our teams are well known for being friendly, enthusiastic & dynamic, and we pride ourselves on delivering a balance of knowledgeable service with warm personable hospitality.
You will work alongside your Restaurant Manager to create and manage a thriving working environment whilst training and developing your team members to achieve excellence. You'll be serving our amazingly tasty dishes and leading by example to inspire your crew, ensuring that we deliver consistent high quality experiences to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to further develop themselves and progress onto senior roles in a quickly expanding company, with several new branches planned to open further this year.
We expect the ideal candidate to have at least 1 years of prior experience in the food & beverage or hospitality business sector and to have at least attained level 2 in food safety and hygiene certification to ensure their competence to manage operations to industry standards. Aptitude in basic clerical skills will be needed as you will be required to efficiently input, store and analyse records to help ensure your branch is achieving outstanding results in P&L statistics and KPI targets. But don't worry, training and mentoring will always be provided from your senior managers
What we expect:
* Supervision of the team and deputising for the General Manager
* Have at least 2 years of restaurant experience in the food/hospitality industry
* Be knowledgeable about food safety & hygiene standards for caterers
* Must be available to work full days, part time hours, evenings and weekends
* Must be fluent in English language

Job responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the restaurant floor is always operating smoothly
* Ensuring both FOH & BOH are compliant with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guidelines
* Recruiting, training and supervising staff, planning staff rotas
* Agreeing and managing budgets, keeping statistical and financial records
* Promoting and marketing the business
* Overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies
