What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Java Developer, you will: Champion best-practice engineering including TDD, Continuous Integration, consistent branching strategies, and high coding standards. Support technical leads in breaking down functionality into microservices and designing seamless end-to-end integration flows. Work closely with test automation engineers to ensure robust functional and non-functional testing. Participate fully in Scrum ceremonies-backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Contribute to feature delivery beyond pure coding, expanding your skillset across development and testing areas. Mentor and support junior developers, helping them grow into high-performing engineers.
