Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations. You'll play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include accepting deliveries, unpacking goods, and preparing crates to ensure our shop floor is always fully stocked. You will also use our in-store systems to track deliveries and manage stock.
Being a team player and digitally confident is essential. You should be flexible and adaptable to various operational tasks and store needs.
Purpose: To deliver a great shopping experience, putting customers first and promoting our products. You will be the voice of our customers, helping us to continually improve.
Key Accountabilities:
