Location: North East & North West
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Company
Our client is a market-leading provider of textile, hygiene, and facility service solutions, known for reliability, quality, and customer care. Due to continued growth, they're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand their presence across the North, focusing on the care home sector.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities and building lasting partnerships.
* Identify and secure new clients within the care home sector
* Present and sell premium linen rental and laundry solutions
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver excellent customer service and account management
* Manage your own territory and schedule with autonomy
The Person
You're a motivated, organised, and results-focused sales professional who thrives on winning new business.
* Proven success in B2B sales or new business development
* Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
* Experience selling into the care sector is advantageous, not essential
* Self-starter with strong planning and time management skills
