Learning Support Assistant (Full Time/Temporary) Lincoln, Lincolnshire £16,000 - £22,000 salary is depending on experience and or qualifications Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Lincoln. This is a full-time, long-term role set to run for the entire academic year. You will play a crucial role in supporting students with a variety of special educational needs (SEN), helping them access the curriculum both inside and outside of the classroom. The school is known for its inclusive ethos and supportive environment. The SEN department works closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions that enable every student to thrive.
