The Role
My client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their London team, supporting the commercial delivery of significant aviation projects. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams, providing expert cost management advice from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities

* Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services on aviation projects.
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
* Manage and administer contracts (NEC).
* Conduct valuations, variations, and final account settlements.
* Provide cost reporting, forecasting, and commercial risk management.
* Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
