This position is with the Hartley Library Front of House Team on the Highfield Campus. The successful candidate will deliver high quality, professional customer service to all Library services users, in person, by phone and online. You may be required to move between sites.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality, professional customer service to Library users in person, by phone and online as part of the University Library Enquiries team.
* Answer customer queries and assist users across multiple touchpoints.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in retail or hospitality or similar customer‑focussed roles; ability to work in a team in a customer‑focussed environment.
Employment details
* Part-time, 19.5 hours per week, permanent.
* Salary: £24,900 to £26,338 pro rata per annum.
* Benefits: 20 days annual leave per year (pro rata) plus University Closure Days, contributory pension scheme, and a structured training programme.
* Shift pattern: Friday – Sunday 13:45-20:15.
