Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, combined with excellent leadership and team management skills. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have full autonomy over menu and will be given every opportunity to express their creativeness as we want people to blossom And enjoy there place of work.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
* Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while managing food costs effectively.
* Implement standard operating procedures for kitchen operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
* Proven experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
* Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen setting.
* Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
