Spicerhaart, the largest Independent Estate Agent in the UK, has an exciting opening for an Assembly & Fulfilment Operative at our unique in-house print facility at Severalls Business Park, Colchester.
What is on offer to you?
1. Basic salary of £24,000 per annum
2. Full time working pattern (Mon - Fri 08.30 – 17.00)

What is the purpose of the Assembly & Fulfilment Operative?
To ensure orders are assembled, processed, and shipped, accurately, and on time working in a fast-paced daily shipping environment.
This involves assembling multiple documents into file folders and boxes, picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatch, as well as maintaining accurate inventory and records.
Responsibilities may also include using IT systems, for labelling and shipping & ensuring compliance with company procedures.
What does a normal day look like?
7. Order Fulfilment
8. Picking and packing items according to customer orders.
9. Dispatch Preparation
10. Assembling and preparing orders for shipment, including creating labels and ensuring proper documentation
11. Inventory Management
12. Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock takes.
13. Manual Handling
14. Spending extended periods of time on your feet, manually handling parcels or using onsite equipment as needed.
15. Operating Systems
16. Using IT systems for order processing, labelling, and tracking shipments.
17. Quality Control
18. Ensuring all items are in good condition and packed securely.
19. Adhering to Procedures
20. Following company guidelines and safety protocols.
