Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Creative Director at Really Bright Media. You will be responsible for leading and managing creative film projects, developing and implementing RBM's creative strategies, writing treatments and scripts, directing films and music videos, overseeing art direction, ensuring quality control of the creative team, and contributing to design projects.
Qualifications
* Creative Direction and Strategy skills
* Portfolio of film, animation, and design work
* Branding and Art Direction expertise
* Graphic Design proficiency
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* High-level account management
* Experience presenting and pitching creative concepts
* Experience in the creative industry
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
