A look into your future

* Hands‑on experience across a variety of clients and audit tasks.
* Early responsibility and ownership of client work.
* Development of an internal and external network to provide rigorous challenge and market‑leading insights.
* Experience in studying financial records, carry out audit tests, attend stock‑takes and complete audit files.
* Travel to client offices where required.
* Structured on‑the‑job learning program.
* Time to study and revise for exams, with support toward ACA qualification.

In the first two years you will work toward completing the CFAB™ (Certificate in Finance Accounting and Business), and in the next three years you will move toward ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification.

* Flexible academic entry: we consider strengths, motivations and potential in addition to formal qualifications.
* A drive to challenge the status quo, ask difficult questions and deliver quality assurance to clients.
* Adaptability to fast‑moving markets and a willingness to work at pace.
* Commitment to professional development and the pursuit of a recognised accounting qualification.

Benefits

* Competitive salary and reward package.
* Tailored development programmes and access to coaching.
* Flexible bank holidays and additional holiday purchasing.
* Standard benefits including pension, life assurance, private medical, income protection, and private medical cover.
* Access to voluntary benefits focused on health, family and wellbeing.
* Opportunities for secondments, charity work and community engagement projects.

Working style

Work is trust‑based and flexible, with teams operating across offices, client sites, and remote locations in line with an agile working framework. Trainees are encouraged to balance study and work commitments and receive study leave to support qualification progress.
