Role - Depot Manager
Location - Tamworth
Days of work - Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 17:00, 42 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Depot Manager, preferably with a background in hire or engineering, to manage our busy depot in Tamworth.
As a Depot Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of our operations, proactively manage the team, operate independently to run your depot, drive business growth, and uphold the first-class customer service that makes Speedy the best in our sector!
What you’ll need
* Experience in managing a team
* Customer-focused approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to strict deadlines
* Understanding and experience of managing Health and Safety practices at work
* Ability to understand and work with profit and loss accounts and budgets
* Capability to take ownership and responsibility
* Adaptability to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation
* PC literacy
* General knowledge of the construction industry and trades, including products
* Previous experience of the hire process is advantageous
* Ability to support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
* Driving licence
