We are looking for a Bank Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Bank Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a current UK PIN number and a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Delfryn Lodge & House, our high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men and women who have severe and enduring mental illness and who may have been detained under the Mental Health Act. Men and women placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.
Delfryn Lodge & House has recently been awarded a positive inspection by Health Inspectorate Wales (HIW), receiving praise for providing high standards of care with a CQC rating of Good.

Your day-to-day…
* Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
* Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit & improve quality
* Attend all training & engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
* Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals
* Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines

* A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
