We are looking for a motivated Group Relief Chef trained to Senior Sous Chef level as a minimum to join our team - and help to drive the food culture for the collection.
The right candidate will be up for a new challenge and ready to join already established kitchen teams at our venues on an adhoc basis. This job is full of variety and youll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks. You will be a key player in ensuring to add strength and depth into current kitchen teams throughout our sites in South East & South West. You must have the ability to jump in and lead from the front.
