FM Contracts Administrator
A well-established, hard services provider within facilities maintenance, has a requirement for an experienced service helpdesk administrator to provide high quality service to their clients, liaising with the Contract's Managers as well as a team of HVAC service engineers and building maintenance engineers. Role will be based from their office in Sevenoaks
As the successful FM Contracts Administrator, you will be: -
FM Contracts Administrator will be the part of the team that is first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from the clients
FM Contracts Administrator will take bookings from all internal and external clients
FM Contracts Administrator will allocate jobs to a team of engineers
FM Contracts Administrator will work alongside the Contracts Managers to ensure KPI's and SLA's are achievedTo be successful as the FM Contracts Administrator, you must have:
FM Contracts Administrator must have excellent communications skills and telephone manner
FM Contracts Administrator must have excellent time management, organisational skills and a flexible approach to work
FM Contracts Administrator must have experience in a similar admin role previously
FM Contracts Administrator must be IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and E-Logbooks and Simpro experience would be a benefit
FM Contracts Administrator must be in commutable distance to SevenoaksFM Contracts Administrator - Up to £25k+ dependent on experience + 20 days holiday plus BH + Package
