Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Full-Cycle Management : Design and implement hiring strategies tailored to business needs, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding talent. Leadership & Team Development : Lead, inspire, and mentor a recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Create a goal-driven environment that motivates team members to exceed expectations. Volume Hiring & Industry Expertise : Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns using innovative, scalable techniques. Utilize your deep logistics and supply chain knowledge to attract specialized talent. Metrics & Employer Branding : Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine processes. Enhance JD Logistics' employer brand through strategic outreach and engaging events. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus. Experience : 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse staffing, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain. Industry Expertise : In-depth knowledge of the logistics and supply chain landscape. Language Skills : Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is desirable but not mandatory for this role Recruitment Skills : Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring campaigns and utilize direct sourcing strategies effectively. Technology : Strong proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies. Soft Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
