Care Assistant – Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham
Location: Eastbourne, Hailsham, Polegate, and surrounding areas
Salary: £12.90 – £15.00 per hour (higher rates on bank holidays)

What you'll do:
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with daily tasks – preparing meals, light housework, errands
- Provide personal care – always with respect and dignity
- Encourage wellbeing – light exercise, mobility support, and social interaction
- Escort clients to appointments and outings

You must:
- Live in one of the following postcodes: BN20, BN21, BN22, BN23, BN24, BN26, BN27, TN21 0
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Be reliable, kind, and trustworthy
- Have good spoken English and communication skills
- Be confident working independently and following care plans
